I made a full main menu theme using ONE track in Ableton: a single drum rack loaded with drones, textures, hits, sweeps and found sounds, arranged off the grid. Here's how it works, and why modular music like this saves you endless revisions as a game composer.
🎹 LESSONS
I teach 1-on-1 lessons in game music, composition and sound design. A lot of my students bring me game music that's doing too much, and this is exactly the kind of thing we work on.
