Rented a scooter and spent the day riding around South Lombok. The roads around here are a blast to cruise on—especially the smooth stretches looping around the Mandalika circuit and Kuta. A bit of sea breeze, wide-open views, and the kind of easy island pace where you just pull over whenever you see a nice photo spot! A few quick tips if you're renting a scooter here: Roads near the circuit and main bypass are solid, but take it easy on back roads—loose gravel and cows popping out of nowhere are real.
