A Week With My Family | yummy food, graduation, sentimental speech

Spent a week with my family, in my hometown, doing wholesome things that brought some joy to my life. I live in the same state as my family but it's too far of a drive to be doing often. So doing this meant a lot to me. My youngest brother graduated middle school, & at first I thought it was a big deal for it only being 8th grade. But I think celebrations like these give kids encouragement into continuing their education because knowledge is valuable. & we celebrate the little wins even as adults! Growing up I never thought of myself as being family oriented. I always felt like family stuff was an obligation. But now, as an adult, I can feel the time passing by. I notice the wrinkles, the height difference, the distance, so moments like these are priceless. We still managed to get some work done too! I hope you like it!
