The McGuire Sisters - Muskrat Ramble (BSN Stereo Mix)

The McGuire Sisters take a dixieland jazz song and make it their own vocal harmony number. The record-buying public obviously approved, as it made #10 on Billboard, #9 on Cashbox and #10 on Music Vendor charts. It made #1 on CKLW in Windsor, Ontario, and top-10 at stations all across the US. If the tune sounds vaguely familiar, perhaps it was because Country Joe and the Fish used a similar tune for their 1967 anti-Vietnam-War song "I-Feel-Like-I'm-Fixin'-To-Die-Rag."
