While waiting for this video to finish filming, I paced around trying to think of what to do. As much as I like nature I’m learning to truly relax. I had big city “busy”thoughts, should I forage for some mushrooms, should I clear a bit of path in this area, and so on. For someone that lives near nature I am not the best at relaxing within it. But this time I decided to stand still and listen, it’s wild how the sounds change as you shift focus. After getting in to a relaxed headspace I started hearing how pine needles and leaves hit the ground. I hope you find the sounds relaxing and interesting.
