Country Bear Musical Jamboree Close Up Walt Disney World

The Country Bear Musical Jamboree is an update to the original Country Bear Jamboree at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom. It features new songs, new performances and new costumes for the cast of bears. It opened on July 17, 2024. The Country Bear Jamboree was a October 1, 1971 opening day attraction at the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. It was originally conceived as a dinner show attraction at a proposed ski resort at Mineral King in California. The ski resort never materialized, but the show made it's way to Walt Disney World. Duplicate versions opened at Disneyland in 1972, and Tokyo Disneyland in 1983. The show has had two additional versions, the Christmas Special and the Vacation Hoedown.
