Isuzu Custom Truck Service Body for Kalmar | Mobile Hydraulic Hose Workshop

Take a look at Kalmar’s new Hydraulic Hose Specialist Unit, built on an Isuzu NQR by Ridgeback Service Bodies in Melbourne. This custom truck service body brings together dedicated hose storage, accessible drawers, onboard power and work lighting. Built to accommodate Kalmar’s own hydraulic crimper, saw and die sets, it provides the foundation for hydraulic hose manufacture and repair in the field. Build features include: 12V MEA twin-tank compressor 2000W Projecta inverter Dual auxiliary battery system with charger and main battery isolation Hose dividers and oversized conduit storage tubes Low-access centre drawers and drawer tower Internal vice LED strip lighting, work lights and door-activated lighting Underside storage lockers and rear trundle drawer The unit is part of Ridgeback’s collaboration with Kalmar to design, manufacture and deliver three light service vehicle models for its national fleet, with vehicles progressively rolled out throughout 2025 and 2026.
