Route diverted 12423 Dibrugarh New Delhi Rajdhani Express via Kanpur Central led by Itarsi Wap-7 37786 in front and Kanpur Wap-7 37146 as rear locomotive. This train has been diverted in between Dibrugarh and Guwahati via Rangiya Rangapara North, North Lakhimpur thus it is made to run with locomotives on both sides to Avoid time consumption during reversal ! . . .
