SWFL Eagles_ Architects H & M Are Building A Mansion Of A Nest 10-18-19

Harriet and M15 added 8 more large sticks to the nest this am. The top rails of the nest are no longer level with the porch branch, they are much higher. H & M spent time perching high in nearby trees watching their territory in between gathering sticks and there was bonding/mating. Wonderful pasture visitors were seen... an American Kestrel (checked out by a curious squirrel), a Pileated Woodpecker and the Red-shouldered Hawk.
