How I got my first 4,000 watch hours on YouTube — and what I learned along the way. When I first started YouTube, I honestly didn't know what I was doing. 😂 In this video, I'm sharing my journey from the beginning — how I started with motivational and inspirational quotes, moved into Bible verses of the day, experimented with longer videos and morning prayers, then eventually started creating bedtime prayers and long “listen while you sleep” videos. I'll also share how those different experiments eventually helped me reach 4,000 watch hours. If you're starting YouTube and wondering whether anybody will actually watch your videos, I hope my journey encourages you to keep posting. You might post something today and see almost nothing happen. That doesn't necessarily mean nobody will ever find it. Sometimes it takes time for the right people to discover what you're creating.
