Today I’m taking you through the full workflow—from creating this one-eyed alien in ChatGPT, to turning it into a 3D model with Tripo, then bringing it into ModelSplitter.com to split it into separate parts and add alignment keys for assembly after printing.
You’ll see how I choose where to split the model, follow its natural contours, and prepare the parts for printing and putting back together.
I’m also preparing for ModelSplitter’s Kickstarter launch! If you’d like to follow its progress and hear when the campaign goes live, head over to ModelSplitter.com and join the mailing list.
