The plaintiff says she found the defendant on Craigslist and rented a room from her. She claims that after only about 10 days, the defendant attacked her, manhandled her, and became abusive. She is suing for the return of her security deposit. The defendant says the plaintiff suffered a nervous breakdown the day after she moved in.
