Collectors Want THIS and Somebody Threw It in the TRASH! Look What I Found

Somebody threw away a cufflink that collectors actually pay money for — I pulled it out of the trash at the dump, along with a pile of buttons that might be gold or silver! It was blazing hot that day. The smell hit before I even got out of the truck, the road in was rough, and the storks were already there ahead of me — they came for the feast, I came for the finds. Right under my garbage truck's wheels I spotted wires and brass parts, and that's how the day started: on the ground, digging into what everyone else calls garbage. Then came the huge bundles of wire — that's copper for sure. Kettle cords, a fridge with its copper tubes still in place, a tiny cabinet with handles so beautiful I know people buy those separately. Bags everywhere, and I didn't even know where to start. But the real moment came later. A pile of buttons spilled across the trash — people sell these, and some of them turn out to be gold or silver. And right there among them, a cufflink. Collectors love this stuff, and somebody dumped it. After that: bags of dishes, an intact beer glass, a sugar bowl that still had its lid — a complete set! And to finish the day, circuit boards with gold, silver and copper hiding inside.
