The walk re-starts! Swansea to Southgate with some extra bits (sunrise, Merthyr Mawr AirBnb)

After some much needed rest so that Susan's foot could recover, we were excited to get back on the trail and re-start our walk. As we were staying close to Swansea, we decided to walk from there to Southgate and our favourite beach, Three Cliffs Bay. We will come back to Cardiff to do the section from Cardiff to Swansea.
