VANDULL

We have released this documentary to be free to watch to anyone who wishes too. We hope those who can afford to make a donation will do as payment for watching the film and for those who cannot afford to. We are grateful and so very lucky that we get to do things like go around playing music and making movies about it, when so many people don’t have the luck to feel safe in their own homes or even in their own bodies. We wish to see the end of war and a free Palestine. Please donate what you can to War Child or any charity helping civilian victims of the Israeli genocide in Palestine, in return for watching this documentary. https://www.warchild.org.uk/donate-today BIG SPECIAL released their debut album ‘Postindustrial Hometown Blues' on the 10th of May 2024. VANDULL documents the first full tour the band embarked on. 25 shows in 25 days. A fly on the wall documentary filmed and directed by Isaac Watson (@Whammoth) "Isaac has been with us from the start. He did our first shoot and has been with us on nearly all of our gigs since. We think he has made a music doc out of all the bits that are usually cut out of music docs. The result is hopefully an honest depiction of a band coming up for the first time after 30 years of normal life and the strain that comes with it. But it shows the brotherhood and effort and ambition shared amongst the crew to do well and be good at what we do.The simplicity and the guerrilla style it was made in was the best way to show the experience, like the viewer is in the van with us. And like our music it aims not to explain or point a finger but simply let you in on the experience."
