Telgi case judge made to leave

In Mumbai this afternoon, the judge hearing the Telgi fake stamp paper case has been made to leave with immediate effect. The direction to this effect was issued to Chitra Bhedi asking her to relinquish office. She is now expected to join Nagpur court in a week's time. Scam paper kingpin Abdul Karim Telgi had written to the sessions judge questioning the delays in his trial.
