Steam tug ‘Challenge’: a day on the Solent. (Feat. Bill Summerell)

A day out on a classic steam tug. After languishing in Southampton for seven years the future of the veteran of the Dunkirk evacuation now has a brighter future thanks to the efforts of new owner Chris Bannister. The next major task is to replace the piston rods on all three cylinders as the original have become badly pitted.
