Range Report: Walther WMP - Walther's innovative .22 Magnum pistol

In this Range Report, I take the Walther WMP to the range to see how this unique .22 WMR (22 Magnum) pistol performs. The WMP is one of the few modern semi-automatic handguns chambered in .22 Winchester Magnum Rimfire, combining a lightweight polymer frame, optics-ready slide, and high-capacity magazine with a distinctive operating system. Although it has the appearance of a striker-fired pistol, the WMP actually uses an internal hammer-fired design. Since its introduction, the Walther WMP has received positive reviews from many shooters for its innovative design, low recoil, and impressive performance. In this review, I evaluate its ergonomics, trigger, recoil, accuracy, reliability, and overall shooting experience to see whether it lives up to the praise.
