The existing cages at the two locations will be provided with additional supports/legs to raise their height by 0.3 meters. 2. If work is carried out simultaneously at the two locations, one fire watch is required for each location. 3. As discussed with the client, we asked help needed to fully utilize their available scaffolding manpower at each location to expedite the scaffold erection works. Client agreed. 4. The corroded support plates on the counterweight channel posts will be replaced and repainted. This has already been discussed with our site team. 5. All corroded platform frame supports shall be power-brushed and reinforced with doubler plates and repainted. This has already been discussed with our site team. 6. The bend monkey ladder shall be straightened and extended by approximately two-three steps downward to provide proper access. Angular supports shall also be installed for additional reinforcement. The additional rods required for the modification will be provided by the client. This has already been discussed with our team. 7. As advised by the client, the electrode oven must be kept switched on at all times and should be clearly visible to the client. This was identified as one of the findings. Already provided by our site team. 8. Everyday, a progress report or daily report must be prepared, including before-and-after photos of the completed work. These reports will be compiled and included in the final report to be submitted to client. This requirement has already been discussed with our team. 9. The corroded gratings will be replaced, and the client will provide the required gratings. Please ensure continuous coordination with the client regarding the availability and delivery of the said materials on site. 10. As advised by the client, all required tools and equipment, including the required quantities, shall be readily available at the site whenever required for the activities.
