“Beyond the Clouds” is a sweeping Cinematic Christian Rock / Epic Gospel Rock song inspired by Enoch’s heavenly journey, prophetic visions, and his extraordinary walk with God.
The music has a grand, almost biblical-film quality—powerful orchestration, driving rock drums, soaring male vocals, dramatic choir responses, and huge cinematic builds. It feels less like a traditional country or Gospel track and more like an epic biblical journey set to rock, perfectly matching the scale of the story.
The song begins with Enoch walking where “dust and heaven meet.” He leaves behind a world filled with pride and corruption as the mountains bow, the stars burn overhead, and a heavenly voice calls him beyond the limits of ordinary human sight.
Then the chorus opens the heavens: “I walked beyond the clouds that day, where wheels of fire lit heaven’s way.” Enoch beholds things human words cannot adequately describe—the heavenly throne, angels praising God, and mysteries beyond the mortal world. Yet the heart of the experience is not Enoch’s greatness, but God’s mercy in allowing a man of flesh and bone to witness the unknown.
The vision then grows darker. The mighty fall, earthly towers crumble, forbidden secrets fail to produce true wisdom, and creation itself seems to mourn beneath mankind’s corruption. Through it all, justice waits upon the everlasting hill. The message is clear: gold will rust, kingdoms will fade, and every soul—poor or powerful—will ultimately answer to God.
The bridge carries the prophetic burden of the song: “Write it down.” What Enoch witnesses is not meant for him alone. It becomes a warning for generations still unborn—a call to awaken, humble ourselves, and walk faithfully before the day of judgment arrives.
The final chorus shifts beautifully from judgment toward mercy. Enoch sees the Judge, yet he also sees grace. The God who judges wickedness is also the God who receives those who seek Him with humility.
Then comes the song’s powerful ending. The earth is searched, but there is no grave. His footprints simply disappear from the dust as the final line reveals where his journey has taken him:
“My journey ended... in the arms of God.”
“Beyond the Clouds” is a cinematic musical journey through Enoch, heavenly visions, judgment, mercy, prophecy, and the call to walk with God. It begins with a man standing in the dust and ends beyond the clouds in the presence of the Most High.

BEYOND THE CLOUDS
I walked where dust and heaven meet,
With weary sandals on my feet.
The world below was loud with pride,
But still I heard the Holy cry.
The mountains bowed, the stars burned bright,
As unseen hands pulled back the night.
They called my name above the wind,
And said, "Come see where all begins."
I left the fields no plow could sow,
To climb where mortal eyes don't go.
I walked beyond the clouds that day,
Where wheels of fire lit heaven's way.
I saw the throne no tongue can frame,
And angels singing one great Name.
Though I was only flesh and bone,
Mercy led me to the unknown.
Now every heartbeat tells the tale:
The truth of God will never fail.
I watched the mighty fall like rain,
Their towers swallowed by their shame.
The secrets stolen from the skies
Could never make the blind man wise.
The rivers mourned, the cedars swayed,
For every debt would one day be paid.
Justice waited, calm and still,
Upon the everlasting hill.
Write it down, they said to me,
For unborn eyes one day will see.
Tell the poor and tell the king,
Every soul will answer Him.
Gold will rust and kingdoms fade,
But faithful hearts are never graves.
The dawn is nearer than it seems;
Wake before the trumpet screams.
I walked beyond the clouds one night,
And carried home eternal light.
I saw the Judge, yet found His grace,
For mercy shone upon His face.
If you will seek with humble knees,
You'll find the One who parts the seas.
I was taken, but hear me still—
Walk with God, and know His will.
They searched the earth but found no grave,
For Heaven called the one it gave.
My footsteps vanished from the sod,
But my journey ended...
in the arms of God.
