Mom Finished the School Drop-Off Then Just Passed Out

School staff found a mother asleep in a running car shortly after she dropped off her daughter. Officers said she appeared dazed and unsteady and showed signs of impairment during field sobriety exercises. Her breath test registered 0.000, she did not provide a urine sample, and she was arrested for DUI. The charge was later dropped.
