Improper fractions on a number line, plus whole numbers as fractions

Learn how to plot improper fractions (fractions that are more than 1) on a number line. Also, we will look at how to write whole numbers as fractions... and how, on the other hand, some fractions ARE whole numbers. All you need to do is DIVIDE!
