Work with us on your next AV project: https://churchfront.com/ Is church technology worth the cost? At the closing session of Churchfront Conference 2025, our team read real comments from our YouTube channel and answered them with their pastor hats on: why does it have to be so loud, do churches care more about lights than the gospel, and why is all this necessary? Sean Bennett moderates a panel with Jake Gosselin, Matt Woltjer, Luke Jackson, Spencer Trefzger and Adam Beranek at Rock Harbor Church. You will hear why we ask every church "why?" before recommending an upgrade, what Rock Harbor's sound upgrade was really for, why professional tools last longer, how worship has always cost something, the e-drums versus acoustic drums debate with real numbers, and how to bring traditional members along when a service modernizes.
