Create case by CHO / PHC Doctor using eSanjeevani2.0 Mobile Application

New features are added in eSanjeevani2.0: 1. Follow up consultation is possible in this version. 2. CHO / PHC Doctor can select any available doctor from other state also if no doctor is available in selected health facility. 3. CHO and Doctor both can edit patient summary and then sync when connected in a consultation call. 4. AI based chief complaint is added for better consultation.
