Dostoevsky's The Brothers Karamazov – AN ONION | Full Film

AN ONION is a 15-minute short film adapted from Fyodor Dostoevsky's The Brothers Karamazov. Following the death of his beloved spiritual elder, the young novice monk Alyosha Karamazov is brought to Grushenka, a woman who intends to corrupt him. But when she discovers the cause of his grief, their encounter takes an unexpected turn. Filmed entirely inside a garage in Texas, which we transformed into a room in Dostoevsky's Russia, An Onion is our first film at Primanova Pictures. We're already working on more adaptations of great literature, with the hope of bringing many more of these stories to the screen. Thank you for watching.
