The Apocalypse - Celestyca

Symphonic Metal Songtext: Silent skies above the ruins Ashes falling like the snow Broken angels cry in silence Watching all they used to know The oceans blacken The stars collapse The earth is shaking under wrath We hear the sirens The final call The end is coming for us all Firestorms across the sky Cities drown beneath the flame Kings and saints become forgotten Dust remembers every name Marching shadows through the wasteland Broken wings and hollow eyes Choirs singing for the fallen As the last sun slowly dies THIS IS THE APOCALYPSE! The end written in fire! Heaven crashes to the earth As the funeral choirs rise higher! THIS IS THE APOCALYPSE! The final dawn of mankind! Ashes cover every dream Leaving nothing behind! Rivers turning into bloodstreams Moonlight buried under smoke Children of the shattered empire Praying while the heavens broke Statues crumble into nothing Cathedrals drown beneath the sea Every soul becomes a memory Every chain is finally free WE ASCEND THROUGH FIRE AND SORROW! THIS IS THE APOCALYPSE! The sky erupts in thunder! Mountains fall into the void As the world is torn asunder! THIS IS THE APOCALYPSE! The last breath of the weak! Angels burn across the night While the dead begin to speak! Ashes drifting through the darkness Frozen embers in the rain From the ruins of the heavens Only silence will remain...
