Ingredients (सामग्री): ½ cup Fresh Milk (ताज़ा दूध) ½ cup Melted Ghee (पिघला हुआ घी) ½ cup All Purpose Flour (मैदा) 1 cup Granulated Sugar (दरदरी चीनी) 6 to 7 strands Saffron (केसर) ½ tsp Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर) Few drops Yellow Food Colour (पीला फूड कलर – वैकल्पिक) Butter Paper – for rolling (बटर पेपर – बेलने के लिए) For Garnish (सजावट के लिए): Pistachio Flakes (पिस्ता कतरन) Almond Flakes (बादाम कतरन) Saffron (केसर) Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर) Method: 1. In a heavy-bottomed pan, add sifted all-purpose flour, melted ghee, milk, and granulated sugar. 2. Keep stirring continuously on medium flame to avoid lumps. 3. Cook until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan. 4. At this stage, add saffron milk, cardamom powder, and food colour (if using). Mix well and switch off the heat. 5. Immediately pour the hot mixture over greased butter paper. 6. Quickly roll it out into a thin sheet while still hot, using a greased rolling pin. 7. Garnish the top evenly with pistachio flakes, almond flakes, saffron strands, and a sprinkle of cardamom powder. 8. Let it air-dry for 12 to 16 hours under a fan until firm. 9. Once set, cut into square pieces. 10.
