MAURO FORGHIERI IN DIRETTA A BAR MOTORSPORT Puntata di Bar Motorsport interamente dedicata a "Furia" leggenda vivente che il Mondo intero ci invidia. Modena, 02 Novembre 2022 🖤 Apprendo stamattina la notizia tristissima della scomparsa dell'Ing. #MauroForghieri 😪 Un uomo immenso, una leggenda delle corse, l'uomo che portò al successo la #Ferrari in #Formula1, nei Prototipi e in ogni angolo del globo dagli anni '60 fino al 1985, ultimo suo anno a #Maranello. Ha lavorato come spalla inossidabile del grande Vecchio, che ha sempre avuto fiducia in lui. È lui il padre della 312T con cui Niki Lauda riportò il mondiale a Maranello nel 1975, dopo 11 anni di digiuno. Uomo complesso e trasversale, genio della meccanica, factotum inarrivabile, dal momento che solo lui capace di essere allo stesso tempo progettista, direttore tecnico, team manager e confidente dei piloti, oltre che di Enzo Ferrari. Sua anche la T4 che nel 1979 portò all'alloro Jody Scheckter in coppia con Gilles Villeneuve. Lo sviluppo del motore turbo, la splendida ma disgraziata 126C2 del 1982, i successi a Daytona, Le Mans, Targa Florio... Oggi se ne va un gigante del nostro tempo. Una figura che è sempre bello, oltre che doveroso, approfondire, studiare, ascoltare, ricordare. Qualcuno la cui grandezza incommensurabile, le generazioni future faticheranno ad apprezzare fino in fondo. Mauro was a true pioneer in automotive design, and his work was essential in shaping the look and feel of some of the world's most iconic cars.
