The Concrete City: Exploring Luzerne County's Coal Mining Ghost Town

Come along as we tour the Concrete City, so named for its solid concrete constructed duplex housing. This was once housing for high level employees of coal mines in Pennsylvania's Northeast anthracite coal country. Inhabited for merely 13 years it was left to rot nearly a century ago.
