VW Caravelle Transporter T4 2.5 TDI Front Brake Caliper Rebuild

Usually I would shot blast the calipers but I have got rid of my blast cabinet due to lack of use so I just use the angle grinder with a knotted wire wheel for one of the calipers. The other caliper I didn't wire wheel. I wanted to try a product called Evap-rust which did a great job in stripping the caliper back to bare metal but even after a degrease and a clean with brake cleaner the paint just did not want to stick! So one of the calipers paint job isn't the best but the one shown in this video turned out quite well. I don't have the T4 anymore so I will likely sell these on Ebay but I still have plenty T4 parts I will be restoring / refurbishing. Andy
