Percutaneous Aortic Paravalvar leak closure

Posthetic aortic paravalvular leaks ( PVL) are a frequent problem leading to heart failure and/or haemolysis. The patients are usually high risk for re-do surgical procedure, so percutaneous closure, albeit technically demanding, maybe the only solution. Sever Aortic PVL is poorly tolerated, and effective closure can alleviate patient symptoms.
