A low ceiling smith machine which is only 86 cm deep and can be converted to a half rack. The design has been well thought out, you've got reinforcement brackets at the top and bottom of the uprights, a support plate at the bottom which allows you to use any bench with this smith machine. In order to maximize on the stability and the compact footprint, you can bolt the unit into the ground. This way it won't move or tip even when you are lifting heavy.
