Orgtree School 1: Introduction

Orgtree is a free, open-source app that runs a whole team of AI agents on your computer. Hire them, arrange them in a tree of authority, and chat with any of them on a live canvas. It runs on the tools you already use, like Claude Code and Codex, and your own subscriptions. In Part 1 we build an org from scratch: set up the harnesses, create an organization, hire a first agent, talk to it and grow a team. In Part 2 we work with a big, busy org of twenty agents from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Muse: finding your way around, pinned windows, the Attention view, the docket, reorganizing teams, and projects that share build slots and work queues.
