Driver was new to our are . A fog bank had dropped visibility to about 150 feet . Before he new it he had driven out onto a sandbar . He got turned around drove into a deep spit . By the time we arrived on scene his electrical system had shorted out and we were unable to get the SUV into neutral . I attempted to move it with my Dodge with no success . Franky brought up Dead Pull , even than we broke one cable winching the car out . Cables were getting old . Installed two new lines last week to to be ready for the next recovery .
