Taste Wild 2: Savor the Fall

This video is a recording of our Taste Wild 2: Savor the Fall event hosted by California Botanic Garden. Participants picked up a box of savory items prepared with native plant ingredients and were able to join us virtually and taste along as we enjoyed these foods and learned about the culinary uses, cultural legacies and health benefits of the remarkable plants used in each recipe. Naomi Fraga, Director of Conservation Programs at CalBG, was the webinar host and lead panelists, Abe Sanchez of the Chia Cafe Collective, Antonio Sanchez of the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area and Phyllis Russell of As You Like It Events and Catering, through an informative and deliciously tasty discussion.
