WALKING STICK CARVING with MAPLE AND ASH wood

Back with a new year, a new stick and a new stain to use. Carved a beautiful bird walking stick out of ash, used a maple stick then stained with a new technique. Used a Vinegar and Steel wool mixture to age the wood and make it a seasoned grey/brown color. Finished it with a wax finish to bring out the beauty of the wood.
