Check out my website! - http://www.sirenarchive.org/ Sirens in Linn (and possibly still Benton) County, IA are tested on the first Wednesday of every month at 8:45AM. This system was recently acquired from the Duane Arnold Energy Center (DAEC) which closed in 2020 due to significant damage from the 8/10/2020 derecho. This is my favorite Whelen system in existence, hence all of the effort into both of my up-close videos from this system. I am nearly 100% certain the 4004 in Alburnett failed. I determined which sirens were being heard by measuring the amount of seconds before each announcement is heard, multiplied by 1100 (ft/sec speed of sound), plus 550 (distance in feet from this siren), which gives me how many feet away the siren would be. None of the ambient messages heard corresponded with the one in Alburnett, so it's safe to say that one is offline for some reason, unless there were some weird physics going on blocking the sound from reaching me. Due to how quiet it is out here, you can hear some of the closer Whelens even when they're facing directly away from me.
