TUKK TALES - A Clone Wars Fan Film | Announcement Teaser Trailer

Here we go! After a lot of asset building, test animations, artworks & learning a ton along the way, I'm finally working on an actual Clone Wars fan short film ! A huge passion project & love letter to the show that made my childhood. All models were made from scratch, the textures were mostly painted by hand, it’s all keyframed animation with no motion capture, and of course NO generative AI! What is it about? "In a war filled with larger-than-life heroes, a rather unremarkable group of clones led by Captain Tukk proves that everyone has the potential to write their own legends. As the troopers find themselves trapped behind enemy lines, they must fight their way out of danger, forge unexpected alliances and discover the strength of compassion in a race against time." How long will it be?? I'm currently revising parts of the previs animation, so it's not set in stone yet, but probably around 12 minutes. And when will it be released??? Since this is a personal project I can only work on between client jobs, it depends on a lot of factors that are hard to foresee.
