Electrician "Iron Fist Knot " Wire Gripping Technique That Doesn't Damage Wire

We pulled over 200' of wire in an underground conduit before the rope broke. We had to get the wire back out of the pipe to tie on a stronger rope. Brooklyn Bob's fist grip technique grabbed the wire everytime perfectly and never damaged the wire in the process.
