The ship STEFANIA I, of Valletta, heads north (ie: downbound) along the Welland Canal towards Lock 2, in St.Catharines, Ontario, Canada, as seen on Oct.9, 2012. The bascule draw bridge (known as Welland Canal Bridge 3A) carries Carlton St. over the canal.
