My 1st Week in Jamaica | The Journey Begins Welcome to my first week in Jamaica! Come along as I settle into everyday island life. from a peaceful empty beach, roasted breadfruit, a local cook shop and KFC run, to a soccer game, quick shopping, time at the bar, drives around Jamaica and quiet moments around the yard and on the porch. I’ll also show you where I plan to start my garden. But this is about more than moving to Jamaica. It’s the beginning of my reinvention journey , starting from my base reality and gradually embracing a more natural, spiritual and intentional way of life. I’ll be rediscovering the wisdom of the past, growing food and herbs, exploring my passion for herbal remedies and traditional plant knowledge, and learning to live closer to nature.
