Mechanista in G - NK-13J Denial Gundam

Mechanista in G is a weekly mechanical design podcast from Scanline Media, a network of podcasts, articles, streams, and more. You can find our site at scanlinemedia.com, and our Patreon at patreon.com/scanlinemedia. It can be difficult to make a mecha's design really stand out when it's almost purely an unarmed fighter. Certainly there are plenty of examples, especially in the world of super robots, but limiting yourself as the Gundam Build series does makes for a bit of a challenge. Broadly, the Denial Gundam is equal to the task, but it's still true that it arguably looks better in its variants where it has more armaments to boast. If you want to find us on Bluesky, Dylan is @lowpolyrobot.bsky.social and Six is @six.scanlinemedia.com. Our opening theme is the Hangar Theme from Gundam Breaker 3, and our ending theme for this episode is Resumption from Gundam Breaker 4. Our podcast art is a fantastic piece of work from Twitter artist @fenfelt. Units discussed: NK-13J Denial Gundam NK-13 Cathedral Gundam NK-13S Gundam Schwarzritter
