Learn how to hand-sew a reusable cotton menstrual pad using cloth you already have at home! This includes: making the pattern, preparing your cloth, the sewing process from start to end, and using and caring for your pads. As someone who began sewing her own pads with almost zero sewing experience, my goal is to make this accessible to anyone interested in giving it a try, regardless of sewing ability and resource availability. Once you understand the basics, you can experiment with different cloths, different shapes, and different sizes to customize your pads to best suit your menstrual needs.
