151 access items, two days to review them. In a plain list, nothing tells you which rows matter, so approving everything starts to look reasonable. Focus mode in OpenIAM Identity Governance shows reviewers where to start.
For IT and security teams in regulated industries such as financial services, public sector, and pharmaceutical organizations, a user access review is only as defensible as the attention behind each decision. Focus brings the items that need judgment to the top, and explains why in plain language.
What Focus does:
✅ Starts on the landing page: the Certifications tile shows the most urgent campaign first, with its critical items counted
✅ Opens campaigns in Focus by default, with the people who have the most items needing attention listed first and a count on each row
✅ Shows every reason an item is flagged, most severe first
✅ Explains each reason on hover: what it means, the value, and the date it was measured. No new scoring, no AI model guessing.
✅ Lets you switch reasons off to examine one signal at a time, and Show All brings everything back
✅ Groups every item by what to do: Needs your attention, Same as last time, Auto-certified, and Everything else
✅ Opens Caddie, the access review assistant, in one click for peers, history, and revoke impact
The plain list view is still one click away, and your last choice is remembered. You can also star certifications so they stay at the top of your menu.
Focus flags. It never decides.
