POV: Michelin Carrot Cake… I Didn’t Finish It 🇸🇬

Michelin badge, S$6 price tag — and I still didn’t finish the plate. I tried both the black and white carrot cake. For me, there was too little egg, the seasoning leaned too salty, and there wasn’t enough aroma or extra texture to keep the dish interesting. After a while, it just tasted salty, oily and flat.
