IHHP - Learning for the better - Dust Up 2017

IHHP artists Jess, Mike, Matty, Jerome, Jacob and Tim visited Warburton as they hosted the 2017 Dust Up !! This year saw the 10th anniversary of IHHP being apart of the 3 day festival including our dance workshops and also saw our 4th Dust Up music video be produced in record time of only 3 days !! Dust Up is festival based on sharing education and knowledge and a celebration across the lands that sees Warburton, Warakurna, Jameson, Wanarn, Blackstone, Wingellina, Tjukurla & Kiwirrkurra, the 8 communities that make up the NG lands come together as one and partake in 3 days of festivities. The festival is structured around sports and athletics, music, dance and the arts, health, strength and celebrating all things that bring these communities together. For IHHP a huge highlight is always the night time concert which we host, and sees showcases of all the different activities, hip hop dances and live music all being topped off with a epic fireworks display. Make sure you check out the 2017 Dust Up music video - Learning for the better, with a strong and powerful message around education and learning not only in a school setting but for your life in how you want to treat people and be treated in return. Respect. Until next year Dust Up 2017 is done and dusted !!
