July 2025 Garden, Red Norland Potato Harvest

Took a 1 year break from gardening to reset. Get a new focus. I grew potatoes this year, my second time and everything is now in raised beds. Red Norlands are delicious, soft creamy potatoes with a nice edible skin when baked or grilled. Have some yukon golds and a russet to harvest later this month.
