PS2, Very Hard, with Guncon 2 https://www.speedrun.com/timecrisis3#... Could definitely be improved, perhaps by not catching so many bullets, but still much faster than my last run. Low 19 or sub 19 would be the next goal. Recorded with Elgato HD via component on a phat PS2
