Real-world demonstration of the MechMaxx firewood processor. I purchased this machine myself and have no affiliation with MechMaxx. Timeline & Assembly: Ordered: Mid-February 2026 Delivered: April 2026 Assembly: Took a couple of days solo. Straightforward, but you will need equipment to lift it off the shipping pallet. First Impressions: I'm using this strictly for property cleanup, not commercial work. It has performed well so far. It’s not heavy-duty, so you have to work within its limits and baby it a bit, but it’s significantly more affordable than commercial alternatives. Setup Notes: Video editing was kept minimal to show true processing speed (feel free to playback at 1.25x/1.5x speed). Built a custom log table using a shipping crate. Made a simple bag holder for split wood, using my tractor to load logs and move bagged pallets. This one 1/2 face cord bag took about 25 minutes. Drop any questions below!
