Changes to Roar of Time, Spacial Rend, and Shadow Force — Pokémon Legends Arceus

I obtained the Lustrous Globe from Irina and I used it on my Palkia to change forms. I got into a battle and I used Spacial Rend. The power and accuracy was different than when it was in its normal form.
